1. Introduction

Sento means Japanese public bath house and sauna. It is kind of Onsen.

Recently Sento is changing to “Super Sento”
“Super Sento” is new type building of Sento.

It have so large space and it is so beautiful. Some of this, we can stay all night as like a dormitory. It will help you for sightseeing in Tokyo.

All guys is waking around in naked in Sento. You can enjoy to see it.

2. Caution

We can't use Japanese Sento as Gay Sauna. Sento is public space. Many straight people are using it at the same time.
Actually some times, we could have many chances for example to enter the steam sauna with nice guy. But it is not better to touch or xxx in there. Staffs is often around there and some straight customer get angry and call to police when they see it.

I think it is better to contact using GPS Gay App. it's more safety.

3. Rules

There is a so many rules in Japanese Sento.

3-1. Need to be naked in Sento

3-2. Sento is very strict to Tatto

Japanse Sento is very strict to Tattoo. Because it is really related to Japanese history. It is a culture from 50-60 years before.
So basically people who have a tatto can't enter to almost Super Sento. If you mask your tattoo by tape or something, there is a possibility to enter there maybe.

3-3. It is not better to stay in same place more than 1 hour

It is not better to stay same place more than around 30 minutes - 1 hour. Of course it is really rare case. But sometimes I see some guys occupy a small steam sauna for a long time. if so, other gusts can't use a sauna. Let's share and give a chance to use sauna and spa for every guest.

3-4. I recommend to use "Wanted" BBS for Gay

I recommend to use "Wanted" BBS for Gay. Recently almost Japanese are using Gay App by iPhone. But this BBS called "Wanted" is popular yet from more than 10 years before. Main function of this BBS is "Message to guys who met in public space". There is many massage like that when they met in Sento.
Let's try to write in it. Maybe it's better to use Japanese language.

3-5. Run the Gay GPS App before you enter to Sento

Gay App is also useful. Let's go online before you enter to Sento.
I recommend to use 9monsters or jackD. 9monsters is one of Gay App made by Japanese Engineer. It is very popular in Japan.

3-6. Many Sento is far from train station, you need to use a bus

Many Sento is far from train station, you need to use a bus. It is biggest problem to go to Sento for foreign tourist. Almost Sento offer the shuttle bus from the station to sento. But shuttle buses is 1 or 2 times run in a hour and no service in midnight. So you need to pay attention to the way to sento. it is better to search by google map or ask to Japanese friend.

3-7. Other many complicated rules and manner

There is other many complicated rules and manner in Sento. For example, NOT to use smart phone, not to use the towel, must take a shower before entering to bathtub, not to speak....
I think it is really strict for foreign people. In addition that, there is no English explanation or poster in some Sento.

This is also one of popular Sento in Tokyo. It is easy to access by a train. Recently it seems really crowding in weekend cause it was introduced by popular talent in TV.

Steam Salt Sauna
I like a Steam Salt Sauna in here. The entrance door to it is really small. So we need to stoop for entering. This is like a "CHASHITSU", Japanese culture.
A Inside od this is full of white steam and little like a secret base.

8 minutes walk from subway station
Easy to Access. This station is near from center of Tokyo (20-30min.) The way from station is easy and straight.

This Spa's concept is traditional Japanese design.
This is not so large Spa. But Interior design is excellent. For example, Bus tab and walls are made by all wood.
I think foreign tourist can feel very happy when they see this.
Official web sight and all sign in the spa are written by English. It is useful for English speaker.

Close to the station
There is a shuttle bus. But I think it is easier to accuse from walk. it takes 5-7 minutes.

Japanese Restaurant
You can use Japanese Restaurant in this spa.
Almost menu is around 1000 JPY. You can eats popular Japanese dish like Sashimi.
It is very beautiful and you can see the Japanese garden from big window.

Tatami space in 2nd floor
There is traditional Tatami space for break in 2nd floor.
You can lying and have a break in there.
There is also Kimono display (Japanese traditional woman's wear) in 1st floor. So It is like a small museum.
